BIM Co-Ordinator – Sligo
Job Details:
Tantek 4D are looking to employ an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join their team. Tantek 4D is one of Ireland, the UK and Europe’s most exciting digital engineering companies to emerge. The company carries out an expansive range of services within the Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) industry, throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Requirements:
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks
• Experience working on MEP projects within the Data Center, Pharmaceutical, and Bio-medical sectors
• Experience working on BIM Level 2 Projects
• Knowledge of ISO19650 and relevant BIM standards
• Experience creating 3D models from point clouds
• Degree in Architectural Technology/BIM or similar construction/engineering qualification
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
Desirable:
• Experience working with 4D software
• Experience working with 3D rendering software
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work as part of the support team on both large and small projects
• Creation of 3D models in various industries
• Preparation of work drawings in Revit
• Provide technical support and assistance to project teams
• Assisting BIM Managers with R&D into new innovative digital technologies within the AECO sector
• Willing to travel to site meetings when required
